Vehicle Description
This is one of 2,122 Rivieras built in 1964 with the optional and
powerful "Super Wildcat" V8 engine featuring two 4-barrel
carburetors, finned aluminum valve covers and a chrome air cleaner
producing a factory-rated 360hp and 480 ft/lbs of torque at 4400
rpm. The engine is mated to a 3-speed automatic transmission. The
white exterior has one older repaint. A black interior features a
special-order build plaque on the center console. This is a highly
optioned Buick with power windows, power seat, power brakes,
over-speed alarm and non-working electric clock. The interior
lights and vacuum-actuated trunk release in the glove box work. It
has the original wire caps, trunk carpet, tire cover and original
jack in the trunk. It rides on 2-inch wide whitewall tires and
1-inch lower springs from Original Parts Group.
