For Sale: 1972 GMC Jimmy in Gurnee, Illinois

Body & Paint: This Jimmy is in excellent shape all the way around! The paint on the car has recently been redone and looks great! The body panels are all nice and straight, with wood grain trim pieces around the car that really accent the brown paint job nicely. The top of the Jimmy is removable and looks great on or off the truck!

Engine & Transmission: The Jimmy sports a 350ci V8 engine with a 350 turbo hydromatic automatic transmission with a shift kit. The car has an HD clutch with a 2 quart aluminum oil pan. The car is equipped with power steering and power brakes. Some new components that have been upgraded include a new master cylinder, new brake booster, new brake calipers and wheel cylinders. The drivetrain has been rebuilt with high performance components as well.

Interior: The Jimmy's interior has all been redone and looks great! The gauges have been rebuilt along with the steering column and the heater box and controls. The seats, carpet and headliner are all in excellent shape, plus the car also includes weather mats on the floors. The car has an AM/FM radio with updated speakers that sounds awesome!

Wheels & Tires: The Jimmy is sitting on factory 15in rally wheels with 33in Mudstar Radial M/T tires that fit the look of the truck well. Both axles were flushed and refilled with synthetic fluids. The front axle is equipped with manual locking hubs that give the truck a nice 4 wheel drive experience.

Suspension: The truck has a 2 1/2in lift all the way around with multi leaf suspension in the front and rear end.

Electrical: Everything on the Jimmy appears to work as it should.

Glass: The glass on the Jimmy all the way around is in excellent shape.

History: We acquired the Jimmy from a private seller out of Oklahoma. The car has had a lot of restoration done to it and there is a list of items that have been restored included with the car. You may find that list in the pictures of this car. The Jimmy also comes with the Protect-o-plate.
