1965 Ford Thunderbird Convertible for sale. Motorcar Classics is
proud to present this beautiful 1965 Ford Thunderbird Convertible
featured in Brittany Blue over a Blue interior and a Blue Vinyl
top. This Thunderbird is reported to have received a full nut and
bolt restoration approximately 8 years ago, and remains in stunning
show condition. It is believed to have its original 390 CI V8 with
Ford Cruise-O-Matic Automatic transmission. The car is cosmetically
stunning and functionally excellent. All painted surfaces shine
with a deep luster and all chrome and brightwork are in show
condition. All instrumentation on the dashboard are beautiful and
all work as designed. These cars were well appointed from the
factory including air conditioning, reclining passenger seat,
swing-away steering wheel and sequential rear turn signals. In
addition it has power windows, power brakes, power antenna, power
door locks, power steering and power top. All systems work as new.
The car is fitted with a continental kit with spare and
Kelsey-Hayes Wire Wheels. The color matched sport tonneau cover
finishes the the top down look. The complicated convertible top
mechanism is fully restored and is a joy to watch in action. This
is the nicest 1965 Thunderbird we have had the pleasure to offer.
