Vehicle Description
1966 DODGE A 100 MODIFIED
Why This Car Is Special
If you are old enough to remember, in 1964, Bill Golden became
famous in his wheel-standing Little Red Wagon exhibition A 100. If
you ever dreamt of owning your own A-100 like Goldens, your dream
just came true with the 1966 Dodge A 100 modified performance truck
we have here at Skyway Classics.
Mechanical
Almost everything is modified underneath. The A-100 has a modified
mid-engine 440 cubic inch with a lot of power producing high
performance parts like the carb, intake, cam, headers and turbo
type mufflers with large chrome tips, Milodon deep sump oil pan,
performance shifted automatic transmission, electric fuel pump and
more.
The modified frame uses coil over shocks, is mini-tubbed,
performance brakes, super fat tires in the rea and skinny's in the
front all riding on custom mag wheels and black wall performance
tires. The A-100 is legal on the street but will run great in the
quarter-mile too.
Interior
Our A-100 has a great painted, and custom redone twin bucket seat
interior. Check out the Autometer performance gauges in the dash,
Moon throttle pedal, JVX performance shifter on the floor, black
carpet, sport steering wheel, and body colored door panels too.
Exterior
Our Dodge has been repainted in a bright shade of vivid yellow with
a black top, diamond-tread pickup bed, black metal enclosed engine
compartment, great body panels and fit and maintains the look like
that Lil Red wheel-stander of Bill Golden.
Conclusion
Our 1966 Dodge A 100 modified performance truck that we have here
at Skyway Classics is a great truck to have to take to the car
shows, cruise the drive-ins or take to the Drag Strip. Quit
dreaming and come pop a wheely of your own in this truck!
