This is a beautiful original 1960 Mercedes 190SL having only 48157 documented miles ever driven. I am a retired hands on auto shop owner that specialized in servicing high end Import Autos, third generation providing over 90 years of auto service. The previous owner of this car was a client and friend who had held the car in his collection for 35 years. The car has been lightly detailed and is not in need of restoration. Paint, chrome, interior and mechanical parts are in exceptional and fine condition. The car is 100% correct and complete, including original tool kit, manuals and service records. Due to minimal use and dry storage, the car shows no signs of deterioration, misuse or wear and tear.
In my opinion, this car stands alone in a field of cars where so many have been patched and pieced together during extensive restoration projects.
