Vehicle Description
This is the classic hot rod that leaves you wanting for nothing.
You are looking at a steel-bodied 1934 Ford 5-window coupe with a
classic attitude on the outside. But when you go beyond the first
impression, you'll see a custom A/C interior, show-ready upgraded
chassis, overdrive transmission, and a powerful crate V8.
It takes the right eye to get a Model 40 street machine looking
right. These are the successors to the Model A coupes, and so there
is a more sophisticated look to go with the speed. That's why
you'll love this example. The black paint is a newer and quality
application, so it has a nice hard shine in the sunlight. Its
brightwork isn't overbearing, and so you really see it well in the
bumpers and the deeply-dipping V grille. And there are great street
machine details like the teardrop taillights and frenched license
plate. Not only do the red steel wheels holding those whitewalls
give this a cool splash of aggressive color, but also when you look
at the undercarriage photos, you see the chassis was painted to
match. It shows you how much of a thoughtful total built this
is.
Inside is a custom black interior built for luxury. It starts with
the ultra-leather bench seat that's vastly more comfortable than
anything out of the 1930s. The dark theme here matches the side
door panels and dash. Plus, there's plenty of shining trim on the
steering column and door handles for a full uniform appearance that
will always impress anyone peeking inside. But more than just
impressing strangers, you'll enjoy a coupe built for modern
driving, including an AM/FM/CD stereo. You'll love getting behind
the banjo-style steering wheel on a tilt column and peering at the
full upgraded gauge package. And while these are great additions,
this never loses that vintage feeling thanks to classic features
like the front tilt windshield and roll-down back window that
allows old-school breezes through the coupe. And whenever that's
not enough to cool you off, R134a air conditioning can do the
job.
When you lift the butterfly hood, the engine bay was set up to
match the exterior slick black, and there was also a nice
investment in shine to really draw a crowd. So you'll love showing
this one off. And beyond just style, this motor was made for
substance. As a true street machine, your V8 power has been
upgraded. Not only is this a fresher 350 crate motor, but it also
has the right performance pieces, like a Quick Fuel four-barrel
carburetor, an Edelbrock aluminum intake, and ceramic-coated
headers that feed the rumbling dual exhaust. There are even the
right supporting components, like an aluminum radiator with
electric fan to help keep this custom running cool even when you're
in traffic with the A/C pumping. If this sounds like a performance
setup that's great for any time driving, then you'll love upgrades
like the tubular A-arm front suspension and four-link rear with QA1
adjustable coilovers. You also have power steering and power brakes
w/discs up front. And there's a four-speed automatic transmission
w/highway friendly overdrive, so you can show this one off near of
far with ease.
There's less than 9,500 miles on this careful build, which is why
everything looks so thoughtful and nice. It's a great total
package, and it's ready to run right now. Call today!!!
