For Sale: 1985 Chevrolet Truck in Cadillac, Michigan

1985 Chevrolet M1008 5/4 Ton Pick Up .This Military truck has a Dana 60 Kingpin front axle and a Corporate 14 Bolt full floating 8 Lug rear axle with a true Detroit Locker differential with 4:56 ratio gears .It has a 3 speed heavy duty Turbo 400 auto trans and a NP 208 transfercase with an additional trans cooler just added .It has the GM 6.2 V8 diesel engine . I Have a rust free CUCV 8' bed to put on it .Perfect brake lines ,original exhaust .Perfect rust free frame and the only rust on the body is in the interior on the vertical driver's side floor kick panel and it's a small spot about 1'x 3' ,the driver's floor had very minor pitting which was painted over and I pulled the rubber mats up so you can see it's solid there. It has been converted over from 24 volts staring system to a 12-volt system . The previous owner removed the bed and installed a flatbed which I didn't like so it was taken off . So I bought an excellent 8-foot bed, tailgate, all bolts and rear CUCV bumper to put back on it. The odometer reads 5000 miles and the truck appears to have very little use.It runs great .I registered it in NH and I have the previous illinois title .I have the original military brush guard too.
