This 1968 Porsche 912 is powered by a 1.6L 4-cylinder engine which
is believed to be original to the car and is connected to a 5-speed
trans axle. This car had an engine rebuild in 2002 and a glass out
respray of original paint approximately 15 years ago. $5500 of
recent work in 2019 includes: Major Service: New valve cover
gaskets, replaced spark plugs, replaced points, replaced oil
filter, oil change, replaced fuel filter, changed manual
transmission gear lube, replaced carburetor, replaced all 4 brake
hoses, replaced rear brake pads and rotors, replaced front caliper
bleeder, rebuilt rear calipers, replaced generator pulley and
installed new belt, replaced shifter rod bushings, replaced fuel
filter hose and sender gasket, installed new steering wheel, and
speedometer repair. This car runs great and pulls strong. An
amazing rare tangerine color that gets a thumbs up everywhere
