Built on a Kenworth T270 chassis, this special transporter was optioned with items to make the process of loading, unloading, and driving the transporter an ease for the driver. Optioned with a 8.9-liter diesel PACCAR engine with 300hp and 860lb/ft of torque, an Allison 3000HS 6-speed automatic transmission, exhaust brake, and air ride suspension, the Kenworth is an easy-to-drive transporter. As a premiere Porsche dealer that wasn't enough. A custom-designed box was built for the truck, complete with a roll-out platform for easy loading. A/C was added to the rear unit, allowing for it to be a hospitality area during events when no car is stored inside. A hydraulic ram system for loading and unloading the cars with a 5,000-pound capacity was installed, side storage "belly boxes" were built, LED lighting, and an on-board Onan diesel generator were added. Completing the build was 4 separate cameras that allow views from around the truck for easy maneuvering in tight spaces. Totaling out at more than $270,000, this custom truck was used by Porsche Chandler for 3 years, driven a total of only 15,000 miles. Serviced at Inland Kenworth, the transporter was taken excellent care of evident by its current pristine condition.
