1969 Triumph TR6
Here is affordable sporting fun in a top-down, clutch-shifting, road-hugging, wind-in-your hair (and hers) British classic. This low mileage example has been electronically de-bugged by us with inspected and repaired lamps, switches and gauges. We recently rebuilt the lever-type rear shocks and replaced numerous bushings and links along with replacing all four brake hoses.
Burgundy paint adorns the Michelotti designed bodywork once describes by Road & Track as "...seemingly carved out of a single block of steel." The 2.5 liter straight six revs’ happily while providing push-you-back torque…you will smile as the road unwinds rhythmically before your eyes. Control is maintained through the rack-and-pinion steering that feels direct through the leather lined wheel and confidence is maintained through the power assisted disc front and drum rear brakes. All the while seated firmly enjoying the upper-crust touch of a genuine wood dash the gauges delivering ongoing status reports. Life is good.
