1970 Chevrolet Chevelle SS, Steve Schmidt Company engines built 540
cubic inch BBC Dart big block, Callies crank, 7.5:1 JE pistons,
total seal rings, Manley blower rods, Comp cams roller blower cam
and lifters, Edelbrock Performer RPM aluminum heads, MLS head
gaskets, Comp cams Gold roller rockers plus Stud girdle, Dyers 671
blower with last tunnel ram lower intake manifold, Bill Dyer made,
dual 750 Holley carburators, Hooker super comp 2' big tube headers,
3' exahust with Flowmaster mufflers, MSD ignition box, Meziere
electric water pump, engine Dyno'd @ 750 HP, 800 Ft torque, this is
at 10% under driven producing 10 psi of boost. Runs on pump gas 93
octane. This combination could easily go over 1,000 HP if over
driven to 20-25 psi boost. Under hood components are all polished
or billet, remote oil filter and cooler. Be Cool polished aluminum
radiator, less than 1,000 miles on this engine, never raced, car
shows only, trailer queen. Barry grant fuel system with 15 gallon
fuel cell in the trunk, turbo 400 reverse manual shift
transmission, 3500 ACC performance Boss Hog converter, SFI safety
bell housing, disassembled and inspected 3 months ago with 2
tranmission coolers, B & M shifter, 12 bolt Chevy 4:10 rear axle
with spool, HD Ford axles, HD drum brakes, heavily reinforced
housing with ladder bar rear suspension. Billet Specialties 18 x 8
Front and 15 x 20 rear rims with Mickey Thompson Street Radials.
QA1 coil over shocks front and rear, Ridetech Pro touring front
control arms, Wilwood front brakes. Complete interior with factory
bucket seats, cloth insert and console, lots of gauges and 6 point
roll cage, all steel body panels, steel hood welded opening for
blower, no bondo, paint is great for it's age just not perfect.
