Vehicle Description
The Chevrolet Impala is a full-size car built by Chevrolet for
model years 1958 to 1985, 1994 to 1996 and since 2000 onwards. The
Impala is Chevrolet's popular flagship passenger car and is
generally among the better selling American made automobiles in the
United States. For 1964, the Impala was restyled to a more rounded,
softer look. The signature taillight assembly had an "upside-down
U" shaped aluminum trim strip above the taillights, but the
individual lights were surrounded by a body-colored panel. This
fine example has been with the current owner for the past 14 years
and has just 12,230 original miles. It is equipped with the 283 V8
engine and powerglide transmission. Additional options and
accessories include power steering, push button radio with rear
speaker, bumper guards, gas door guard and accessory floor mats.
Purchase will include the window sticker, warranty papers, original
paper mats from Chevrolet dealer and a magazine article which
features this Impala. This Chevrolet runs and drives just like a
new car. Likely the lowest mileage, well preserved 1964 Impala
Convertible available.
