2.5 owner 1982 Mercedes Benz 380 SL, in very good condition for its age. My in-laws gave it to my wife a few years back; they were the second owners, having purchased it used in 1985. It has been garage kept since then. It starts, runs and drives well, but burns and leaks a little oil. It was repainted a long time back and the finish is 7-8 out of 10, a very minor door ding on the passenger side and some light scratches on the trunk. There is some rust forming in one area on both rocker panels. At the time of the paint job it was also fitted with a new soft top that is in very good condition, save for one 3" tear above the driver's window. The hard top is in good condition as well. Recent repairs include new fuel lines to the fuel tank, front/rear shocks and springs, muffler/exhaust, battery, ignition control unit, blower motor & cover, throttle linkage and window repair.
