GR Auto Gallery is pleased to present this 1981 Fiat X 1/9 for
purchase. The X 1/9 was designed by Bertone and manufactured by
Fiat from 1972-1982 before Bertone took over the line. These
Italian roadsters are read-mid engine, rear-wheel drive with a
targa top. Although light on horsepower, these small cruisers were
nimble, well balanced, and a lot of fun to drive.
The eye catching X1/9 offered here is powered by its 1495 cc 4
cylinder engine paired with a 5 speed manual transmission. The Fiat
runs and handles exceptionally well. The current owner acquired the
car from Florida. The car comes with the factory tool kit and rear
chrome luggage rack. The car recently was given 4 new brake pads,
new seat belts, new intake and manifold gaskets. The X1/9 features
power brakes. The car is finished in gold over a tan interior and
presents well.
