Vehicle Description
1968 Lincoln Continental Suicide Door Model This is adult senior
female non-smoker owned. It was her Father's car that she restored
after his passing. Vehicle is a true southern survivor solid in all
respects, low mileage, and loaded. Senior owner had the bumper(s)
rechromed ($2200.00), Interior leather repaired or replaced where
needed to match original ($4000.00), and the exterior repainted
metallic gold ($6200.00). Vehicle is straight and rust-free. At
some point after the paint job, someone opened a door in the left
rear door causing a subtle dent. Decklid has minor paint bubbling
from new paint job that should never get any worse for its quality.
All trim is present and in good shape. Glass is intact & undamaged.
Engine/Trans both work as they should with no issues, no leaks etc.
Vehicle has AC that blows cold. No splits in dash or headliner
typical to this vintage. Full vinyl top is solid/complete, but
looks very 'dry'. Detailing should really bring it back nicely.
This is one of 7 or 8 cars owner is selling as she transists into
senior living. Truly great car for this vintage with all the
expensive stuff done. Apart from sticking mirror back on
windshield, or detailing top the engine bay could use some
detailing also to be tops. I think this is a strong 8 to 8.5 out of
10 for its qualities. Please Note The Following **Vehicle Location
