Personal luxury in Chevrolet's most elegant automobile. We rescued this 1984 Caprice Classic Coupe from 27 years of dry storage. The original owner simply parked it, covered it up and never looked back. It didn't take much to bring the old girl back to life. The original owner ordered this car and optioned it just perfectly; 50/50 split bench seat. Tilt steering column, cruise control, AM/FM stereo cassette, rear-window defrost, factory air conditioning, F41 sport suspension, full wire hubcaps, dual sport mirrors, 305 V-8 Four barrel carburetor, factory quartz clock (works), body side molding.
Only 24k miles have put on this car since it was put away in 1992. This Caprice Classic is a virtual time capsule. Every part is original. We changed all of the fluids. Re-cored the original dated Harrison radiator and installed new white-wall tires. Sliding behind the wheel is a trip back in time. Everything on the car works as it did in 1984.
It appears to be all original paint and still shines like new. The interior is in perfect original condition and shows no sign of wear. The underside still retains the original exhaust and shows no rust or corrosion.
