Vehicle Description
This 1969 Chevrolet Chevelle restomod has been given the full
midnight treatment. And the fuel-injected performance big block,
five-speed stick, four-wheel disc brakes, and upgraded suspension
are all there to back up its sinister look. But you get to enjoy
this intimidating total package from the comfort of a custom A/C
interior.
The '69 Chevrolet Chevelle is already a muscle car icon. And this
one upgrades the forceful attitude to the extreme. It takes are
careful eye to get a coupe package like this. First, you need take
the time and investment for a very straight body, because this
slick mirror-like black loves to show off every curve of the
sheetmetal. The clean front end, expertly shaved trim, mirror-like
bumper hugging the body show proper attention paid to the details.
And the super scoop cowl hood and lowered stance add to the
intimidation factor. Plus, those cool Foose alloys have extra meaty
rubber in the rear to show everyone where the power meets the
pavement.
One peek inside and you'll know this is like no Chevelle you've
ever seen before. Not only are there bucket seats up front, but
because the center console runs the full length of the car, the
rear gets comfy buckets, too. The full custom dash and door panels
give this an award-worthy look, and no detail was missed, right
down to the distinct carpeting in the trunk. You have all the best
in modern features, like power front seats, power locks, alarm,
tilt steering wheel, cup holders, and an Alpine touchscreen that's
your gateway to the AM/FM/XM custom stereo system with Bluetooth.
Plus with power windows, you never have to leave the driver's seat
to show off the full pillarless hardtop profile. And the
cold-blowing air conditioning means you can do this all summer
long. And this really is a driver's machine. The sports steering
wheel, AutoMeter Ultra-Lite gauge package, and Hurst shifter
combine to give you that tingle of performance that never gets
old.
Everywhere you park you're going to want to lift the hood and show
off the huge investment in the engine bay. The inner fenders and
firewall are a smooth black so they can funnel your attention to
the shining motor (we dare you to find another component that can
be polished!) In fact, they knew you were going to want to feature
the engine bay so much that it comes with an LED lighting package.
And while this has an award-worthy style, behind it is a ton of
substance. You're looking at a big block V8 with a monster 496
cubic-inch displacement. While that would already be enough for
most of us, this one has been upgraded further with performance
pieces, like a Holley Terminator electronic fuel injection system,
aluminum hi-rise intake, and headers feeding the rumbling dual
exhaust. Plus, you have all the right supporting components, like
March serpentine belts, MSD ignition, and an aluminum radiator
w/dual electric fans. The Tremec TKO600 means you have the ideal
full control over this powerhouse with a strong five-speed manual
transmission. This sends the power to an Eaton 12-bolt rear with
Positraction and 4.56 gears. As you look at the undercarriage
photos, you see more investments in making this an upgraded
performance machine. It includes tubular A-arms up front, an
upgraded rear, QA1 shocks, and sway bars front & rear. Plus, you
have a CPP power steering box and CPP four-wheel disc brakes with
drilled & slotted rotors.
You're looking at an awesome custom creation that's built on one of
the most iconic muscle cars ever. Yes, this is the best of
