This is a very rare and original 1931 slant windshield Town Sedan that has never been restored or taken apart and has original motor. A very old repaint in the original "Henry Ford" Black with absolutely the original interior. The body is very solid, straight and tight. Of course the interior shows its 88 years but is in great condition. All the glass is good and all windows work, including the rear quarter windows. All lights and instruments work.. Chrome and stainless are good. Also includes some of the original tools, including tire pump.
This car was purchased from the Arbury estate of Midland, Michigan. (Paperwork included)
The Arbury's are the heirs of the Dow Chemical family, and still own the estate.
The car was stored on their estate until 1958. Except for tires,(2010) battery and turn signals it is as it was when it was stored 61 years ago
It is showing 32K miles and believed to be correct.
The car was used on the Dow estate by the help to drive to market.
It runs and drives very well. Because this is a true survivor I have been hesitant to do a lot of detailing, but to leave it just as it was found
They are only original once!
