Vehicle Description
After World War II kaiser - Frasier was among the first to offer an
entirely new automobile with many new safety features, 7 points
padded seat - padded dash - pop-out windshields and more. Amazingly
many safety features paralleled with the Tucker. The Kaiser Dragon
was designed primarily by Howard "Dutch Darren". Carleton Spenser
created a colorful and functional interior. The Dragon was designed
to compete with entry-level premium cars like GM's Cadillac. It
featured a dealer installed 14 ct. gold plated medallion on the
glove box inscribed "Built Expressly for...". Very few Dragons were
built and very few exist. This wonderful example was restored body
up - clad in Jade Tint with a bamboo vinyl top and carried to the
interior door panels and padded dash, and rear window wiper.
Powered by 226 a rebuilt 6 cylinder with automatic transmission.
Gold wires with wide whites. With all the safety features in tact.
Chrome is very presentable and Kaiser front end independent
suspension allows this Dragon to roll down the road smooth and
quiet. A rare opportunity to own a great Post War automobile. It
appears that many features on this car were Tucker inspired. Many
comparisons were made between Tucker and Kaiser Frasier - Could the
Dragon follow the value of the Tucker today? Call our classic car
