This 1962 Chevrolet Corvette is finished in Tuxedo Black over Fawn
and powered by a fuel-injected 327ci V8 backed by a four-speed
manual transmission. Additional equipment includes a Positraction
rear end, Wonder Bar radio, a black soft top, and a removable
hardtop. A body-off restoration was carried out in the early 2000s,
including a repaint and interior refresh. The car received a Top
Flight award from the National Corvette Restorers Society (NCRS) in
2001 and has passed through the selling dealer's inventory a number
of times since. A letter from NCRS judge Al Grenning is included
and indicates that the engine is believed to be the original unit.
