1934 MERCEDES BENZ 380 SPEZIAL ROADSTER COLLECTORS TAKE NOTE: This factory example of the exquisitely proportioned MB 380 Spezial Roadster LH (Lang Heck, denoting 'long tail' i.e., with rumble seat) is finished inTHREE coats of hand-rubbed Glasurit Chiffon White with lipstick red leather interior. Designed and engineered by internationally acclaimed H.T.Price, and built at the ACAC factory in 1980, it is extremely rare and highly sought after, and generally considered to be the most beautiful of the neo classics. Engine displacement is 3.8 litres with dual exhausts. Its equipped with power: windows, brakes, steering and antenna, Kenwood stereo/with cassette, ice-cold a/c, (converted to 134) tilt wheel, automatic, cruise control, special suspension etc., twin spotlights w/attached rear view mirrors, nearly $3,000.00 in real 'laced' wire wheels,etc., etc., and has rolled less than 28,000 miles from new, and just 4,000 miles since a no-expense-spared restoration by Rob Weger, a local Mercedes expert. Only 50 of these elegant motorcars were built, and only a hand full remained in the states, as most were purchased by royalty in Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, etc., as they are always the first to invest in exclusive autos.
