For sale is a 1931 Chevrolet Independence Sport Roadster in original condition with loads of spare parts. This is a great driving car needing minor upgrades for the show circuit. Car comes with loads of documents showing nearly all work performed on the car during it’s restoration and upgrades. There is a small area on the dash the size of a quarter where the paint is lifting and needs touched up. Hard to see in pictures. There are other minor imperfections from normal use. Has new side curtains and top boot.
1931 Chevrolet Roadster History. Originally sold in Uruguay, South America as a right hand drive vehicle. In the late 70’s or early 80’s the original buyer moved to the US. The second owner purchased the car in 1984, the car had been converted to left hand drive. The second owner lived in St. Louis and later moved to Long Island, NY during this time he completed the restoration. I purchased the 31 in 2015 and continued to improve the car and purchase original spare parts and had side curtains made. The car runs and drives great, excellent tour car. Has correct Potter trunk.
