Vehicle Description
Are you looking for a classic that has all the right investments,
like slick paint, an A/C interior, and fresh and powerful V8? Of
course you are! That's why this 1969 Chevrolet El Camino is such an
irresistible icon offered for an obtainable price.
This El Camino is the product of a two-year restoration that was
completed in 2013, and with only about 6,200 miles on it since
then, it retains that crisp look of a solid investment. We have a
receipt that shows the paint was a $6,000 investment on its own,
and you can see it was money well spent. The red has a deep luster
from a modern clearcoat shine. The black laid on top is a complete
package of lower rockers, rear panel, and SS-style stripes. It goes
nicely with the darker elements in the newer grille, bed mat, and
the steelies behind the Rally wheel trim. And because the paint
package really shines, both bumpers were re-chromed to be
mirror-like. Plus, the full trim package has even more nice
brightwork, and it showcases how straight the body panels are.
All the black accents of the outside get you ready for the full
black interior. In fact, there are hints of red accenting inside to
make this a fully coordinated package. The carpeting, dash, and
button-top seat all have the look of proper care to get the factory
elements right. But what you'll really love in this one are all the
upgrades. You get a more modern Chevy steering wheel, full
AutoMeter auxiliary gauges, and an AM/FM/CD stereo. Plus, the
cold-blowing air conditioning is the kind of addition that will
keep you happy cruising this El Camino all year long.
Under the hood, the black and red theme continues. This whole setup
has the look of freshness, and for a very good reason. You're
looking at a 350 cubic-inch crate motor installed during the
restoration. Crate V8s are already known to be powerful, and this
one has been upgraded further with a Comp Cam and Holley Street
Avenger four-barrel carburetor. While a powerful motor with a
rumbling dual exhaust is already what you want, that's not the
whole package on this El Camino. They also invested to make it a
great driver. That means a rebuilt TH350 three-speed automatic
transmission, as well as a rebuilt suspension front & rear. Add in
power steering, power brakes, and fresh BF Goodrich T/As, and you
can see why this one feels solid on the road.
The sale comes complete with build receipts and restoration photos.

already has!) So if you want a turn-key stunner, call today!
