Vehicle Description
This 1972 GMC Suburban is a very nice rig. This Suburban received a
full frame on restoration over a 3 year period. We received a lot
of parts receipts as well as some print photos documenting the
restoration. From what we were told and what we can tell,
everything was replaced or rebuilt at that time. This truck runs
and drives excellent and a lot of money was poured into it to make
it a quality build. The body on this Suburban is really really
nice. It is straight and the paint job is excellent! It is a very
smooth and glossy finish that someone took a lot of time on to make
it look right. The truck was completely taken apart when it was
painted and the pictures we have back this up. The color is
Corvette Competition Yellow. The chrome is all in excellent
condition too!
The interior was also completely restored. They added seats from a
late 90's Suburban that are extremely nice and comfortable. They
also added new carpet, new headliner, new dash, new dash bezel,
custom door panels, custom tilt steering, Loker Shifter. This is an
AC truck with Rear AC, but the AC is not complete and will need
some items likeCompressor and Condenser. Really nice interior.
Mechanically this truck is also very sound. It has a mildly built
454 V8 engine. They added a polished Edelbrock Intake, Mild Cam,
Edelbrock Carb, HEI Ignition, Dual Exhaust, and a full serpentine
belt system. Engine runs great!! Transmission is a Turbo 350
Automatic mated to an NP205 Transfer Case. It shifts great and 4WD
works. Rear Axle is a 12 Bolt and Front Axle is a 10 Bolt. It has
Power front Disc Brakes and Power Steering. This rig really drives
nice and runs strong. All of the lights, blinkers, wipers, etc are
working and finding one in this condition for this price is
becoming very difficult!!
