This custom 1971 Super Beetle received a pan-off restoration and
was a show car from 2005-16. It was treated to a host of
performance upgrades, including EMPIs GTV Performance Package, a
2.0-liter 4-cylinderiter engine, 4-speed manual transmission with a
Hurst/EMPI shifter, dual 40mm Weber IDF carburetors, recurved
performance distributor, tuned exhaust, disc brakes, lowered stance
with oversized front sway bar and 8-spoke alloy wheels wrapped in
Goodyear rubber. The interior has been custom-updated with a
high-power stereo, handmade trim panels and a sport steering wheel.
