better-than-new condition. Naturally, that detailed reboot began
with a straight and solid body. That massaged profile was sprayed
in brilliant Hugger Orange 2-stage, which looks especially dynamic
under bright white hockey stripes. All expected Super Sport trim is
present and accounted for, from the black grille and louvered hood
to the ornate emblems and Satin Black rear valance. Details like
polished mirrors, small bumper guards, a D80 deck spoiler and
optional quarter louvers add subtle retro spice. And today, this
spectacular coupe combines big block Chevrolet performance with the

Pushing big horsepower straight from the factory, this Super
Sport's ferocious Turbo-Jet V8 is clean, classic and ready to
rumble! That engine funnels power to a tough Muncie 4-speed, which
spins a familiar 12-bolt axle. That spry drivetrain rolls on a
fully restored suspension, which stacks fresh AC Delco shocks
behind a factory sway bar. At the edges of that suspension, correct
power steering combines with correct power front disc and rear drum
brakes to provide greatly improved handling. Fried dinosaurs travel
through a fresh, true-dual exhaust system that's complete with buff
Flowmaster mufflers. And torque meets the pavement through
stainless-trimmed Rally Wheels, which twist 225/60R15 BF Goodrich
Radial T/As in front of 245/60R15 BF Goodrich Radial T/As.
INVITING IVORY
Open this first-generation Camaro's solid doors and you'll find a
Standard Ivory interior that's crisp and appealing. That fully
restored cockpit is centered on fresh bucket seats. At the front of
those thrones, a crack-free dash hangs factory telemetry next to
