This is a very high option early production Mark III that was
delivered new to the home office - "DSO 84". It was reportedly the
personal car of former Ford chairman Ernie Breech. The Marti Report
also confirms home office delivery and denotes order type as
"special purpose vehicle". We were able to order the cars original
invoice through Marti Auto Works. This invoice documents that the
car was sold to Ford Motor Company "Labor Relations Staff" and
delivered to the Lincoln-Mercury division garage in Dearborn
Michigan. The car has 44,000 miles and is very original. The title
states odometer exempt because of its age. The headrests on this
Mark III are unique as they have dark blue fabric upholstery on the
face of the headrest. Under the hood there are chrome valve covers
and I believe unique hood pad insulation. In the door jamb is a
Ford registration decal. Call Tom or Dave at (407) 428-0116 for
vehicle details. All cars are shown by appointment. Please be sure
to call or email before visiting as we do not keep regular hours at
our warehouse. Thanks for looking!
