This MG represents the total transformation of a fun but
underpowered English roadster into a world class sports car with
incredible performance combined with a first rate restoration
inside and out.
In place of the MG BMC 4-cylinder engine this B boasts a GM 3.4
liter V6 with a Holly 4-barrel mated to a rebuilt T5 5-speed manual
transmission. Under the hood virtually every component is brand new
and represents a significant upgrade from stock. It has a new
radiator, oil cooler, alternator, starter, clutch, bushings,
headers and exhaust, drilled brake rotors with new pads just to
name some of the upgrades.
On the outside the body has been totally perfected with new English
Bay paint scheme, new Moss chrome bumpers, cloth convertible top
and tonneau plus MiniLite wheels. On the inside the interior has
new carpeting, wooden steering wheel, deluxe tan leather seats and
new door panels.
It is impossible given the limited space to describe all that has
been done to make this MG B truly exceptional. Many enthusiasts
love MGs for their handling and the feel of an English sports car
with the top down. This special MG B takes the whole experience to
a new dimension.
