For sale a 1962 Pontiac Grand Prix. This vehicle was an original Texas car. Made vehicle into a 'Resto Rod'. It is ran by a LS2 Yukon Denali motor and 2WD Suburban 4L60E electronic overdrive transmission. It has custom motor mounts and the exhaust is fabricated. The computer is custom 'flashed'. All new fuel lines with returns have been installed, and a inline Corvette type pump and filter. It has a custom 2 row aluminum radiator from Champion radiator company, with a custom shroud and electronic engine fan. Rebuilt- alternator, starter, the entire front end, and brake system front and back converted to a dual master cylinder/booster. Recently installed- new heater core, a 'beefier' sway bar, custom exhaust system. The eight lug wheels have been blasted and repainted, with new installed radial white walls. The stock rear trailing arms have been replaced with a set of 'pure muscle' heavy duty boxed units, and a heavy duty Fabcraft rear sway bar put in. New bearings and seals on the 3.23 positraction rear end. Since the motor and transmission were changed, the original analog gauges would not work and there were no digital dash made for a 1962 Pontiac Grand Prix, so it has a custom made digital dash (speedo,tach, etc.) an original Wonderbar radio converted to an AM/FM, Bluetooth with a USB flash driver, and a built in telephone hands free option. All power windows have been taken apart and replaced every motor and plastic roller front to back, so they are nice and smooth. The door locks are also custom with 2 remotes. The seats adapters are fabricated so they can move 4 more inches back and higher. Full vintage air system. Excellent running car and very nice!
