1946 Plymouth Special Deluxe two-door coupe with excellent running
218 inline 6. Have original air cleaner (off for pics). New
steering box. The old steering box is included with sale. New
brakes. New front and rear bench seats. New 6 volt battery. New
tires. Wider DeSoto wheels (have the original wheels and hubcaps).
The body is straight. The car is complete except for the missing
radio. Heat and defrost work. All gauges work. Spotlight works.
Glass is good. Have old door panels and all interior metal framing
and trim. This is a restorable car with lots invested. Whoever buys
it will have a great platform for a restore or hot rod. Like any
car of its age, it has issues. It will need more work done to get
it solid. The transmission linkage needs adjusting. The spring is
soft and the ball is worn, but those are cheap parts. The propeller
shaft may need new U-Joints. The windshield wiper motor needs a
cleaning in order for it to work. It does work, but it stops
flowing due to calcification inside motor. The weather stripping
needs replacing. Please Note The Following **Vehicle Location is at
