1971 Oldsmobile Cutlass S-455 Rocket/ Th350 trans --plus you also
get the #'s matched original 350 Rocket- short list in order of
work performed 1)All new brake lines and cylinders including master
2)new front spindles, master cylinder, and disc brake conversion
front 2.5) all new brake lines- moved prop valve away from headers
and up to master cylinder 3)B and M floor mounted quicksilver
ratchet shifter 4) mini gear reduction starter to clear headers 5)
100 amp 1 wire alternator 6) "the big 3" electrical upgrade by over
sizing power and ground cables 7) corrected grounding bonds 8)
rewire and cleanup of under dash wiring- all dash lights now
work-first pass of under hood wiring clean up 7.5)-vintage Sun tach
mounted in dash where clock option would have gone 9) remove #'s
matched 350 Rocket recent rebuild-mildly warmed over) 10) install
'72 Olds 455-period correct- it was an older mildly built motor I
bought already w cam/Edelbrock torquer intake-runs like a top w
never ending torque 11) add brand new Edelbrock 850 carb wmanual
choke and secondaries 12) rebuild and install MSD HEI ignition -
added direct fused 30amp circuit to battery for ignition power
supply 13) add 27x9 Nitto drag radials- you can have the nearly new
street tires I removed. 14) add mechanical gauges to dash (Original
8 track in hand- goes with car) 15) Rear axle-GM 10 bolt 2.56/1
remove and replace all races and bearings, install new Eaton
TruTrac limited slip differential last December-Kept the original
2.56 and the axles- 15) installed lengthened ARP wheel studs and
lugnuts so slicks May be used in future 16) installed hardened Moog
