Vehicle Description
The King Midget micro car was produced from 1946-1970 By Midget
Motors Corporation in Athens Ohio. The founders Claud Dry and Dale
orcutt first sold the cars as a Kit car that someone could build at
home but could also be assembled at the factory and purchased that
way as well. The car went through some subtle changes throughout
the years including bigger engines and body designs. The Model 3
which you see here was introduced in 1957 and produced a whopping
almost 10 HP out of its single-cylinder design.
This car is pretty much brand new as you can tell. It shows 208
miles, which is from a complete nut and bolt restoration. The King
Midget is titled and is street legal. It is powered by its Kohler
10hp engine with electric start paired with a CVT forward
transmission with reverse. The paint and wood are in excellent
condition and the interior shows exceptionally well.
