Vehicle Description
This outstanding 1956 Chevrolet 210 custom is total eye candy and
loaded with many upgrades throughout. This car has been completely
restored to show-quality standards and attracts a ton of attention
wherever it goes. This car was a 4-year meticulous, nut-and-bolt,
frame-off restoration that was completed in 2013. A binder with
restoration receipts is included. Since completion it's been driven
2,690 miles and proven to be very reliable. The car retains most of
its original sheet metal throughout. The body was taken to bare
metal and is very straight. The door handles and trunk lid keyhole
were shaved for a smooth look, and they open with a remote-control
transmitter that works very nicely. The car was painted House of
Kolor Pagan Gold over Cinnamon and White Pearl. These colors are
absolutely stunning, especially in the sunlight. This was an
expensive high-end paint job that speaks volumes. All the glass is
new and tinted throughout, and all the exterior trim has been
restored or replaced to high standards. The car sits proudly on
Boyd Coddington polished wheels that are 17" on the front and 18"
on the rear. The all-new tan leather interior is truly amazing in
every sense of the word. The leather and suede upholstery work was
completed by Bill's Auto Upholstery, known for their award-winning
interior work. As documented, the interior upholstery work was over
$10,000. The dash was painted the same color as the exterior and
dressed in chrome. Some interior custom features include a Classic
Instruments gauge cluster, Ididit chrome tilt steering column,
billet steering wheel, rearview mirror, chrome doorknobs, billet
handles, billet pedals, Vintage Air and a Rockford Fosgate custom
sound system with speakers in the doors and rear shelf. This
interior smells as good as it looks. The rear trunk was boxed and
upholstered to match the interior exactly. A custom battery cover
was made with easy access. The engine compartment is highly
detailed throughout and like a jewelry box with fabricated firewall
and radiator support. The car is powered by a Jegs 350ci crate
engine rated at 330hp. The block was painted to match the exterior
and outfitted with Edelbrock Endurashine intake, billet valve
covers, billet air cleaner and a March Performance Style Track
front pulley system. It has custom braided lines, custom hose
clamps and hidden wires throughout. The engine is cooled by a
custom Griffin aluminum radiator with electric fans and billet
overfill canister, and breathes through ceramic headers and a
polished exhaust system with MagnaFlow mufflers and chrome tips.
This exhaust system sounds really sweet. The engine is coupled to a
700R4 automatic transmission with overdrive. The car is equipped
with power steering with a chrome power steering pump. The
undercarriage is detailed throughout and mirror-quality. The
original frame was modified by Sandrail Fabricators in California,
and was reinforced for strength and powder-coated for durability.
The underside of the body was painted with a durable finish as
well. The front suspension system is a Heidts setup with RideTech
coilovers, while the rear suspension is a 4-link setup with
RideTech coilovers. It's equipped with a CPP power braking system
with chrome booster, chrome master cylinder and front disc brakes
with slotted rotors. It also has a custom stainless fuel tank. This
car is simply awesome and a blast to drive. This car has recently
been serviced and detailed, which is documented with an invoice
that is included.
