Motorcar Studio is pleased to offer this highly-optioned,
numbers-matching 1971 Chevrolet Corvette. Finished in stunning
Ontario Orange over Saddle leather interior, it was ordered with
automatic transmission, air conditioning, power windows, power
steering, power brakes, leather and tilt wheel. Excellent
fiberglass and paint quality with equally nice bumpers, trim,
lenses and glass. Factory wheels wearing BF Goodrich Radial T/As.
We believe the interior to be all original with very nice dash,
door panels, carpets and leather seats. All gauges and lights are
working properly (including the fiber-optic indicators). The A/C is
still running R12 and blows cool.
Current owner of more than a decade has kept this car as part of a
collection and driven it a few hundred miles a year on nice-weather
days. Recent service includes fuel filter, spark plugs, oil
service, transmission service, starter and a brake job. Prior to
his ownership the car saw an extensive suspension refresh, and the
bushings are all still in good condition. Tidy under the hood and
underneath but not detailed to a show standard (although it easily
could be).
This example starts, runs and drives beautifully - the
numbers-matching 270 hp 350ci V8 is smooth and strong, and the
Turbo 350 automatic transmission shifts just as it should. Brakes
and steering feel good. This is a well-maintained example of a C3
in a great color. For more information about this 1971 Chevrolet
