"You oughta see her on a road course, Or a quarter mile, This
little modified Pon-Pon, Has got plenty of style..."
The new G.T.O. is the car Ronny and the Daytonas sang about in
their hit debut single "G.T.O.". In fact, the car on the album
cover is even a similar color to this beautiful, tastefully
modified Bluemist Slate Poly example we currently have in stock!
Under the hood is the legendary 389C.I. V8 engine fed by triple
Rochester deuces and connected to a 4-speed manual transmission
with a Hurst shifter and a limited slip rear end. The hood and
intake have been modified to make the air scoop functional.
Suspension has been nicely upgraded with Hotchkis components such
as: tubular front upper and lower control arms, front sway bar,
rear lower control arms, adjustable upper rear control arms, and
rear sway bar. So just like the song says, it's ready to take on a
road course or a quarter mile and leave every other car in it's
dust. Other features include upgraded power front disc brakes,
power steering, modern air conditioning, coated exhaust manifolds
and Flowmaster exhaust, and vintage style Radir aluminum wheels.
The interior is in excellent condition in black vinyl with bucket
seats and a center console. Also included is the owner's manual,
warranty booklet with Protect-o-Plate, PHS documentation, and a Car
Billing History Card. This little modified Pon-Pon is ready to hit
the road and burn rubber! Please feel free to visit our
