Vehicle Description
None less than Enzo Ferrari himself called the Jaguar XKE "The most
beautiful car ever
made" back in 1961, and the E-Type is consistently included in
every classic car "Top
10" list ever created. This concours-restored example started with
a 55K mile solid car
from Southern California, and was nut and bolt restored in the
original Opalescent Dark
Blue paint with a new light grey leather interior. Presented with
the original manuals,
tools, and a Jaguar Heritage Trust Certificate, it was upgraded
with a fully synchromesh
4-speed manual gearbox from a later 4.2 XKE, with the original
tranny supplied with the
car.
It's a matching numbers California Black Plate example that will be
welcomed to any
JCNA or concours event due to it's highly original condition.
Digital documentation of
the restoration is included with your purchase, and all of the
incredible attention to detail
will be obvious every time you drive or show this lovely
E-Type.
