Located in Austin Selling my 54 Bel-air to finish another project
Im building. I bought this car from a big car collector and many
more but planned on hanging on to this one because it was a 2 door
Hardtop,but Im building a 66 bronco so I decided to let it go. They
rebuilt the 235 6 cylinder,all new wiring,chrome valve cover,chrome
side valley cover,new oil filter canister,rebuilt generator,and I
just put points,new 6 volt battery,plugs,and waterpump on it and
changed the oil. Still has the 3 speed on the column and everything
shifts great,Im guessing they did a clutch when the motor was out
as good as it works.New exhaust all the way back. Car only shows 59
k but the numbers are faded so its hard to read. The body is Lazor
straight and I don't see any rust anywhere,even the floorboards
look good and the trunk is great! Someone did a great job on the
bodywork and hotrod black and they sais it was done about 5 years
ago,I also have all the chrome trim that come off of it. Looks like
he put a new windshield side glass and weatherstripping in when
they painted it. Chrome smoothie rims on white wall tires. I have
the rear fender skirts for it too. Straight bumpers,and all the
hood and trunk emblems are new,and they replaced all the lenses and
the lights work. He had all the interior redone including
seats,carpet,door panels,and headliner. I have a clear title for
the car. The only thing I was going to do is add a vintage
ac/heater,nice stereo,and convert it to 12 volt for 250.00 and just
drive it. Overall this guy spent a ton of time and money rebuilding
this car and they did a amazing job and everything was done nice
and neat. This would make someone a great car to enjoy cruising
around going to car shows,date nights,lake, etc and runs perfect.
It could also be painted very easy if you wanted and would look
good since its a straight car. You could never get one to this
shape for the price Im asking this is a great car for the money.a -
