For Sale: 1969 Chevrolet Camaro in Seekonk, Massachusetts

Vehicle Description

This magnificent 1969 Chevrolet Camaro Custom is simply one of the best first generation Camaros in the world.  It is truly a masterpiece that was designed and built by one man with one vision.  In 2017 this car was achieved the Goodguys “Style and Engineering Award” that was sponsored by the Roadster Shop.  It completed in Columbus, OH for Goodguys “Street Machine of the Year Award” and ran the Autocross event.  In 2017 it also achieved the Goodguys “Maguiars Magnificent Masterpiece Award” at the 12th Nashville Nationals in Nashville, TN.  In 2018 it achieved the Goodguys “Builders Choice Top 10 Award”.  All of these awards are included with the car.  This car was completed in 2017 and only has 150 miles since completion.  The body has mostly all new sheet metal throughout.  It has a factory style flat hood was smoothed on the back side.  A custom rear spoiler was fabricated into the rear deck lid and quarter panels.  The back side of the rear deck lid was also smoothed.  The body was crafted to the highest level of quality and is laser straight with precise gap lines.  Once all the bodywork was completed it was painted as a shell including the interior cabin.  The “Root Beer” color is PPG Deltron 2017 Dodge Ram Luxury Brown Pearl.  This is an absolutely stunning color especially in person.  The paint job on this car is extreme high quality and indescribable.  The body and paint on this car is truly the definition of perfection.  It has all new factory tinted glass throughout with highly polished window stainless trim.  It’s equipped with chrome dual mirrors, Billet Specialties door handles, front bumper, rear bumper and fender trim.  It has a custom billet front grill with Detroit Speed electric headlight covers.  The front is also dressed with a custom Pro Touring style front spoiler.  It has custom taillights with billet bezels.  The car has a great stance on custom made Schott Accelerator wheels that were painted to match the components on the car.  The wheels are wrapped with new Michelin Pilot Sport tires that are 225-35-18 on the front and 325-30-19 on the rear.  This car is truly a piece of artwork.  The glitz and glamor doesn’t stop with the exterior.  The one-of-a-kind Caramel interior is absolutely stunning.  The metal dash, aluminum door panels, center console and rear tray were custom fabricated.  The sweeping dash and center console were painted to match the colors of the car.  The headliner, sun visors, door panels and seats were upholstered in Ultra leather.  Gray appointments were added to the seats, door panels and center console for the ultimate design.  Some custom interior features include Marshall gauges, Flaming River chrome tilt steering column, billet steering wheel with matching leather wrap, billet door handles, billet window cranks, billet pedals, bucket seats, seat belts, upgraded carpeting, Hurst shifter with leather boot and Vintage air conditioning.  It’s also equipped with a Soundstream audio system with a touchscreen, remote control, two kicker panel speakers and two rear tray speakers.  The trunk compartment was also boxed with aluminum panels that were fabricated and upholstered to match the interior.  Battery posts and a power cut off lever were neatly installed for convenience inside the trunk compartment.  The engine compartment is highly detailed with great attention to detail.  The hood was painted on the back side and a polished hood latch assembly was added.  It’s also equipped with aluminum hood hinges.  The firewall was smoothed and notched to fit the custom billet reservoirs.  The radiator support with radiator cover was fabricated.  The firewall, inner fenders and radiator support was painted body color.  The car is powered by a new LS crate engine that starts and runs beautifully.  The engine block and fabricated Electronic Fuel Injection intake was painted to match the wheels.  The engine was dressed with Billet Specialties valve covers that were painted to match with polished trim.  It’s equipped with a custom pulley system and all of the wires were concealed for a clean look. This engine compartment is like a jewelry box.  The engine is cooled by an aluminum radiator with dual electric fans and has a billet overfill canister.  The engine breathes through polished headers and a custom exhaust system with Hooker mufflers.  The engine is coupled to a Tremec 6-speed manual transmission that performs excellent.   The power is transferred to the pavement through the Ford Currie 9” POSI rear end with 3.89 gears built by Milter Brothers.   The undercarriage was painted the body color and looks amazing.  The undercarriage paint was truly buffed and waxed.  The frame was smoothed and also painted the body color as well.   The car is equipped with power steering, Detroit Speed suspension and Wilwood four wheel disc brakes.  This 1969 Chevrolet Camaro Custom is amazing and a great opportunity.
