The Black factory Bucket seat interior has been redone as well, Has its factory center console with staple shifter, All 4 door panels are in great condition along with the dash/carpet/headliner and yes the dome light works, added was auto meter gauges to get an accurate reading of the engine and it looks great and very very reliable. Wooden steering wheel installed as well. Also added right above the center console was a custom box built for the tunes with a set of 6x9's in the rear package tray deck lid and a pair of 5" speakers installed by a custom shop in the doors, and looks great and functions excellent. Also installed is the Vintage Cold air conditioning system and let me tell you on hot days this is a must. All the seatbelts are intact per factory and work well. All the interior handles are in excellent condition and will need nothing. All new weatherstripping and door sill plates installed at the time of paint job thruout the entire car. Remember this is all factory sheetmetal!
This Chevelle has a its factory V8 327 engine with factory manifolds, has power disc brakes and power steering, recent tune up just completed. No issues at all, This drivetrain is one of the most reliable set up I have ever experienced. Starts with no problems. and glides down the road, Recently installed an Automatic 700R4 transmission in which includes overdrive gear for those long road trips and makes it most enjoyable. The gear ratio is a 355. All newer hoses/battery and alternator. Car runs on hot days at 195 degrees. has its factory 10 bolt rear end. Wipers work as well! Odometer shows 9513 miles since restoration. All lights and turn signals work great and this is one reliable muscle car, So if you want to fly into Chicago Ohare airport, I am only located 30 minutes from there, You are able to drive this back across the country with no problems.
