Vehicle Description
This 1962 Volkswagen Transporter single-cab pickup has been custom
restored. It is powered by a 2310cc air-cooled performance engine
with serpentine belt and pulley system, dual Weber carburetors and
a Pertronix Flame-Thrower ignition system. Backing the engine is a
stock 4-speed manual transmission with a Gene Berg shifter. This VW
is equipped with Wagenswest front suspension, Wilwood front disc
brakes, remote air cooler, original glass and a new canopy with the
original frame.
