Pontiac Star Chief Convertible here at Skyway Classics that looks
like it received a frame off, nut and bolt restoration and shows
it.
Mechanical
It is powered by the 347 Cubic Inch Pontiac V8 making 270 HP and
paired to the 2 speed Hydromatic automatic transmission and sits in
a clean and detailed engine compartment. This very well equipped
Pontiac has power steering, power brakes, convertible top and dual
exhaust that exits through the bumper.
Interior
Words cannot describe the richness of this red and white deluxe
bench seat seats with matching rear seat and door panels. The dash
is great and has all the looks the factory dash had with chrome
trim, Electro-Matic push-button radio, heater, beautiful white
steering wheel, and only 461134 showing on the speedometer.
Exterior
The paint is beautifully done in Carib Coral with Kenya Ivory
inlay. The interior is stunning with plenty of chrome and polished
accents. Everything on this Pontiac is in like new condition from
the chrome and bright work to the wide white wall tires and spinner
hubcaps, white convertible top. The underside looks just as good as
the exterior and shows the great dual exhaust system and all the
reworked suspension parts.
