Big block power, four-on-the-floor... so you know you love this car
even if it isn't a true 1968 Chevrolet Camaro SS. So it's time to
dig into all the details on a street machine that looks mean and
has the power to back it all up.
Burgundy is a great color to have on a first-gen Camaro. It gives
this the flair of red that we all know looks great on a classic
American muscle machine. But this has an even deeper tone to add
some extra intimidation. It also makes the painted dual stripes
stand out even more. The cowl hood, flared fenders, and full-width
rear spoiler add to this classic performance look. That's balanced
nicely with bright trim and wraparound chrome bumpers. This shiny
and speedy look comes together on the polished 15-inch American
Racing wheel with extra wide rear rubber to show everyone where the
power meets the pavement.
Black interiors always look great on coupes like this, and as you
look closer, you can see it has been upgraded to deliver the right
driving experience. Some of the vintage elements have some nice
upgrades, like the classic bucket seats with large headrests, and
the retro-style radio that's really a modern AM/FM/cassette stereo.
Other upgrades are more obvious like the later model Chevy
three-spoke steering wheel and the full auxiliary gauge trio. Plus,
the large Sunpro tach and the Hurst shifter are the perfect pairing
to really let you take advantage of what's motivating this
beast.
Under the hood is the unmistakable look of big block power. This
396 cubic-inch V8 upgrade looks terrific with the Holley cast
aluminum valve covers, polished air topper w/callout, upgraded
pulleys, and overall tidy presentation. Plus, it has all the right
go-fast goodies like a Holley double-pumper four-barrel carburetor,
aluminum intake, MSD ignition, and long tube headers that add power
while contributing to the rumble of the Flowmaster dual exhaust.
Best of all, you have full control over the big block's fury and
thunderous soundtrack thanks to the four-speed manual transmission.
This feeds a strong 12-bolt rear end. Plus, you have other upgrades
to really harness this power, like frame extensions for strength,
and front disc brakes.
This is a powerful Camaro and it really looks the part. So you know
this a great classic car deal that will moving fast. Call now!
