in South Lake Tahoe, California and�according to the Barry
Washington Mopar Challenger T/A Registry�is the only example
finished in Bright Red with a painted roof over a Saddle Tan
interior. The seller acquired the car six months ago from the
reported original owner and has added approximately 1k of the 79k
miles shown on the odometer. Built to homologate the Dodge
Challenger for the SCCA's Trans-Am series, Challenger T/A models
received power from a 340ci V8 with a "Six Pack" trio of two-barrel
carburetors. This car features a four-speed manual transmission,
and other T/A equipment includes a fiberglass scooped hood, hood
pins, front disc brakes, heavy-duty shocks and suspension, 15" x 7"
Rallye wheels, and dual side-exit exhaust. Recent work is said to
have included fluid changes. This Challenger T/A is now offered
with service records, documents from the Challenger T/A Registry,
the original broadcast sheet, and a clean California title in the
