This car was built on 04/27/1962. The owner history goes back to
1975 where it wasbought from a dealer in New Jersey
This is a well restored car with original body and chassis. It has
never been damaged, rusted or wrecked. The windshield iscorrectly
dated replacement. All other glass is original.
Rear differential is a 3.55 :1 posi inoriginally a4.10.
It has Delco replacement shocks and not original spiral shocks.
Original and working voltage regulator including, service
replacement in car now. The T3 headlights are included and
currently running halogen headlights.
It also has a spin on oil adapter for easy oil changes , correct
canister housing and filter included. It has correctly rebuilt
engine .020 overbore. Correct 340 solid lifter cam. Transmission
properly rebuilt as well. Shifts perfectly and does not pop out of
gear. This car is otherwise a true numbers matching car throughout.
It was repaintedby County Corvette in 2009 as well as correctly
dated white soft top. Looks as if recently done with no chips,
shrinkage or imperfections.
The restoration was extensively documented with receipts included.
There are many 1962 Corvettes out there for sale, but this one was
a nice original car to start with properly restored by specialists.
It is priced aggressively for the quality and condition. It
performs runs and drives as it should and needs nothing. Don't miss
