This OZE-bodied 1939 Ford custom convertible was professionally
built by Ed's Rod shop with 800 test miles. Its Coast to Coast body
and chassis are finished in Violet Pearl Metallic with Pearl ghost
flames on the hood. Under these flames lies a GM 350ci V8 engine
with dual-quad Edelbrock carburetors paired to a 700R4 automatic
transmission. The polished air cleaner complements the engine,
which is also polished and chromed. This car rides on a Currie
posi-traction rear end with 355 gears and is equipped with 4-wheel
power disc brakes, a power rack & pinion front end, power steering,
adjustable coilovers, remote trunk and doors and power windows. The
interior is rendered in tan leather with a leather-wrapped steering
wheel and transmission tunnel. The power trunk is controlled from
under the dashboard, and it too is upholstered. Vintage Air cools
the interior, and the removable hardtop is easy to remove. From The
Vault Portfolio. ** VIN NOTICE: THIS VEHICLE CURRENTLY HAS A VIN
THAT MAY - DEPENDING ON THE STATE OF REGISTRATION - REQUIRE THE
BUYER TO HAVE THE VEHICLE INSPECTED AND BE SUBJECT TO A
