Vehicle Description
This 2013 Ford Shelby Raptor Baja 700 pickup is one of four built
by Shelby Canada. Every available Shelby option was installed on
this truck, including a 2.9-liter Whipple supercharger producing
over 700hp with the throttle body, injectors and intercooler with
external fans. Powering this pickup is a 6.2-liter V8 engine with
Shelby Borla exhaust and American Racing headers, backed by an
automatic transmission. The complete competition King suspension
was designed by Rogue Racing with 3" King coilovers and bypass rear
shocks, Rogue Racing upper and lower control arms, and custom
Shelby/Fuel racing wheels wrapped in BFGoodrich K02 rubber.
Shelby's exterior Baja 700 badging appears on the tailgate, fender
vents, aluminum skid plates and stripe package. The Shelby-badged
Katzkin custom interior features Shelby floor mats, CSM-numbered
dash and engine plates, and three AutoMeter gauges in the
carbon-fiber dash pod. The optional Shelby features on this truck
totaled $45,000 and include American Racing headers, Rogue Racing
front and rear bumpers with embossed Shelby logos, flush-mounted
Rigid LED cube lights on the bumpers, a pair of 40" radius bumper
lights, an in-cab adjustable Rigid LED light installed on the Rogue
Racing custom headache rack and AMP electric running boards. This
truck has 43,380 actual miles, with only shakedown mileage since
the Shelby kit was installed. CARFAX shows mileage inconsistency on
01/16/2018; and Ford Motor Company manufacturer safety recall
issued on 02/11/2019: Sudden transmission downshift powertrain
control module programming.
