Vehicle Description
This 1957 Oldsmobile Super 88 convertible is fitted with a
371/312hp Golden Rocket V8 engine equipped with the optional J2
Tri-Power setup, mated to a Hydramatic 3-speed automatic
transmission. The matching-numbers, original Rocket engine and
transmission were rebuilt, and all of the chrome was redone or
replaced. This convertible is finished in bright Festival Red and
features a red and white leather interior and a white power
convertible top. It is equipped with power steering, power brakes,
winding windows, radio clock, chrome dash trim and rear bumper
exhaust ports. During the restoration everything was addressed,
including rubbers, weatherstripping, lights, switches and trim; the
undercarriage was detailed and new tires were installed. This
Oldsmobile is in good condition with hood, trunk and doors lined up
well.
