Vehicle Description
1975 Buick Century 455 GS Tribute - 455ci V8 w/TH400 Transmission -
B&M Shifter - Factory Correct Color Combination - (Please note:

website: Garage Kept Motors.) No, this isn't just an old lady's car
that she uses to get to the grocery store, the library, and
wednesday afternoon Bingo. There's much more to this car - don't
let the appearance fool you. This big hunk of Detroit steel is
finished in an understated, factory correct Glacier Blue color
(Color Code 24) with an Arctic White Landau Top. The exterior does
show its age in a few small places, but overall is in great
condition. Trim, bumpers, and lights all show very well. Under the
hood is a 455ci Buick V8 engine mated to a TH400 Transmission.
Under our client's ownership, the original engine and transmission
were replaced by a professionally rebuilt driveline from a '75
Estate Wagon. Other highlights of the drivetrain are an aluminum
radiator, custom exhaust, posi-rear end, and custom finished
driveshaft. Power brakes give this car much needed stopping
assistance, and classic, chromed wheels wrapped in white stripe
tires finish off the look of the exterior. Take a close look at the
paisley seats - they ought to remind you of your grandmother's
living room set. All that's missing are a flowery chair, flowery
curtains, silk flowers, and a gold framed glass-top table with a
small plate of Fig Newtons resting atop it. Regardless of memories
of relatives, the interior in this car is in great condition. A
shiny B&M shifter has been neatly installed on the floor. Oil
Pressure, and engine temperature gauges have been added in a wood
panel on the dashboard, and a small tachometer was added to the
steering column to help keep tabs on the large displacement Buick
V8. All trim, door panels, headliner, and carpet are also in great
condition! Overall this Buick is a great package. If a few people
call it a granny's car don't let that bother you, for goodness
sakes, this thing has a 455 under the hood! Be sure to check out
