We love cars that give us the feeling that they are a true and
honest "survivor" - which is exactly how this car made us feel when
we first laid eyes on it. Now the jury is still out on whether or
not it's been repainted at some point, but overall it feels like
it's just been loved and maintained over the past 50 plus years. An
estate car, the representative tells us that the mileage is
believed to be original, and the seller knew the previous owner -
who may have been the first owner. Regardless, this car sails down
the highway with ease, and the only fault we can spot is the
muffler has a little growl, but other than that it made the 70+
mile journey into our showroom without any effort at all. Tires are
like new, all chrome and bright work shines nicely, interior is
extremely clean, just a great opportunity to get into the old car
hobby without spending an insane amount of money. Oh, and the best
part? Here you can have the iconic 440 for a lot less $ out of
pocket than those that think they need to buy something with two
