VIN30807S119080-Estate car selling at NO RESERVE. This "Split
Window" Coupe has been in the same family for over 20 years. Mr.
McCormick was a true "car guy," whose passion steered him towards
Corvettes. This particular one comes with a North Carolina title
and is reportedly a numbers matching L76 option 327 CI engine with
340 horsepower and a 4-speed transmission. The original color is
code 941 "Sebring Silver" with Black interior. This Vette is
reportedly one of approximately 3,516 finished in the $80.70
premium for the special color. Having an engineering degree,
Michael wanted to restore this special Corvette himself, but
unfortunately he passed away before it could be completed. The body
has been stripped down to show it's original fiberglass panels.
Some disassembly has been done and many parts come with the car. We
are told this was a running car when the restoration was started.
This is a fantastic and a once in a lifetime opportunity to own a
correct "Split Window" Coupe that shows it's true bare bones before
restoration. There's only one way to be sure that you have true and
correct car, and that is to start with a true and correct car.
This super rare 'Vette will be sold at NO-RESERVE, regardless of
price to the highest bidder!!!!!!!
